OK - We're starting to pack/plan for the trip and are wondering what to bring for food/drinks.
I know last year we had an overabundance of food so we want to bring whatever will be needed the most.
Any suggestions or recommendations as to what will be needed the most? Burgers/dogs/sausage? Water/soda/beer/liquor? Pretzels/chips/salsa/queso? Chocolate? Let us know!
Kevin ~ We're borrowing the big truck again this year so if you bring my terrain, I'll be able to fit it in.
Army wise, I'll pack one 1250pt highlander/painted army for a game vs Erich and one 1250pt unpainted/experimental army for Crispy.
Help me out if I'm forgetting anything.

Aaron, Consider it done. When are you two coming down, Friday or Saturday?

Aaron, If you can provide the tables/terrain with not much of an inconvenience, that would be great. Right now I'm trying to figure out how to get terrain to Bill with no car the next 2 days because with the stroller and pack n play were really hurting for space in the Civic.

with the aveo im kinda cramped for space or id take that terrain nogle. but I will bring 2 4x4 gaming tables. I think im just going to bring some fantasy stuff since it is all I have a hard case for. I don't want to bring 2 systems down again.(and I gotta get games in before crossroads)
kev, we will also bring down camp supplies and the 8 man tent. plan on us bringing a solid breakfeast to prelude a day of drinking. whos going to be at the campsite other than evan kerri Christina and I? of course you and smitty but how many should I plan for? also we on for Gin this year?

Terrain is no problem. Playing surfaces are. I don't have boards to lay over the picnic tables.

I'm going to have table tops, 2X4's, so play surfaces will be covered. I'm also gonna get some terrain from Corey.
In terms of terrain, what else do we need? Line of sight blockers are the main concern. The fantasy terrain can do a lot, but LoS blockers isn't something that is plentiful down here. If space is a priority, bring that.
In terms of food, we're gonna do a mac & cheese, plus some veggies. I'll also bring condiments. Aaron, burgers & dogs or chips/salsa/dip would be greatly appreciated, you're choice. Either would be tasty.

Oh no. Well, if you could text him ( or if your reading this Chip) and say that he'll be missed it would be much appreciated. Maybe sometime in the fall well have a more informal getogether and we'll see him.
I just picked up table tops from Corey. I have around 25-30 linear feet x 4ft of table.

I'll tell Chip. I'll try to make sure he shows up next time you come to Buffalo(If I get advance warning).
When Bill and I were in Erie last month Foz said they were coming. then again, that's what he said last year.

@craig, As of now its just the 4 of you, Smitty and myself staying at the campsites. Bill is more than welcome to join us if he wants. Gin is fine but I do plan on picking up a small battle of whiskey or scotch for friday night. nogle, sad to hear Chip won't be making it down as I was looking for a x-wing rematch with him this year. Anyone else besides Rob and myself bringing any x-wing stuff down? I'll have all of my ships with me so if anyone wants to learn how to play we can get you hooked We plan on getting down to the Park around mid-afternoon on Friday and setting up the camp.

That all sounds good Kevin. One note on the booze, the distillery closes at 5. If you want to hit it up earlier in the day, feel free Kevin. They make a great Gin. There's also 2 liquor stores in town that carry the local stuff.
The wineries close around 6, so I'm not sure if they'll fit Friday's schedule. That said, we could hit up the 2 local breweries. We can play it by ear, but I can keep you busy.

Chris,
I think the plan is that Smitty and I will follow each other down to the camp site, set up and then begin to drink, eat, and chill at the site. So we will not be going to the distillery or winery with the rest of you but afterwards you are all more than welcome to joins us at the camp site for food and drink.
