I'm trying to make 3 squads of Storm Guardians for my Eldar, and I'm trying to find alternatives to the GW kit. Have you guys seen anything online? Would anyone care if I used Wytches? I figure it'd be easier, since I can use the other Dark Eldar weapons as the flamers/fusion weapons.

Wyche arms would work. Don't think the models work though. Guardians have enclosed armor and wytches are half naked. Almost like using a scout as a tactical marine

You'd be be better off just utilizing those storm guardian arms from GW. They would make the most sense in all honesty.
I can't think of any 3rd party companies that play around with eldar bits, but I'll do some homework this week and see what i can come up with.

I don't really like the Storm Guardian arms, as they only come with 1 of each special weapon, and those helmet plumes are stupid. The Wytches are just cooler. Also, I swear I saw some company make "Elf Close Combat Weapons"

Or, you could use fantasy dark elf close combat weapons. You also don't need to use the storm guardian heads from the storm upgrade packs.
