So, on the GW Website, there's a Re-direct to something called "Fulgurite Electro Preists". In RT, they were people, that would tattoo their entire body with conductive tattoos, and charge themselves up with electricity. They got a natural 4+ from that, and were S8 base. There are also redirects to a "Cult Mechanicus" book. What do you guys think?
