Eh, I like the chariot, but the rest of the list is really cookie cutter. It will do well, however.

Do you think the Herald of Nurgle inside the Plague Drones would work? I do lose a lot of mobility. Should I throw some points around to give him a Palaquin?

The top daemon list uses two heralds in a unit of plague drones, so it would be fine. Palanquin gives no bonus mobility, so no on that.

There's almost no mobility lost with a herald if you deploy properly. Every model moves its own speed now, not the slowest speed in the unit. So deploy herald up front and move 6. Drones jump around at 12" and they have big bases so by the time you place them all, chances are it's easy to keep coherency with the infantry model.
I use the palanquin if I'm planning on spamming summoning with the herald. Throwing 6-7 dice to summon leads to many perils and the extra +2 wounds helps.

Thanks, I'll be sure to keep that in mind. I was actually considering deep striking the unit, to get them up the field as fast as I can.

The list is fateweaver, 2 heralds of tzeench on disks, 2 heralds of nurgle, all max mastery. It is a max plague drone and 2 max screamer units with 2 min horror squads. I don't have a link because I faced 2 of them at NOVA. Look for Nick Nanavati Daemons list.
Also, the plague drone squad is super mobile. Jet pack cavalry lets you move 12" and then assault move as well. No need to deep strike.

Jet pack cavalry. They move 12" like cavalry, then 2d6" assault jump.
