Holy Sh!t Aaron, I just picked up one of those LED lightbulbs and it makes a huge difference when painting/modeling. +1 for telling us about them.

Yeah man I spend all of my personal free time on warhammer stuff. I wouldn't recommend something unless it had a pretty epic effect on my hobby. My list of recommendations for any hobbyist would be short: 1 use an airbrush for base coating your models. 2 get a LED painting light. 3 glue metal washers to the bases of your models. 4 make a reference sheet for your army.
Those 4 things have changed my hobby and gaming results drastically.

The whole army looks fantastic, Aaron. It really is a masterpiece. Great work.

Thanks Konrad and Terry.
One of the cool things is the airbrush has so many different applications. This army used it for shading the basecoat. My next army project will use the airbrush to shade white to black and then apply colors over the top of that. It'll also be a very desaturated army and much more grim dark than these eldar.

Although I have not been doing much hobby work recently, my badger airbrush is really the favorite thing I have added to my toolbox. Like you said, so many applications.
